ARE YOUR SHEETS OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED?

Our sheet sets are STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®. OEKO-TEX tests for harmful substances which are prohibited or regulated by law and chemicals which are known to be harmful to health. They also test for color fading and acidity as a precautionary measure to safeguard health at every stage of production.

We do not use any harmful substances or treat our products with any harsh chemical additives. And, we keep the environment in mind with more efficient production methods and ethical working conditions in our facilities.

HOW DEEP ARE YOUR FITTED SHEETS?

One of the qualities that makes Feather & Stitch New York fitted sheets unique is that they are fully elasticized with extra-deep pockets to fit 18” mattresses. Our deep-pocket fitted sheets have smart tags to make it easier to put them on your mattress.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH SIZES FOR MY BEDDING?

Our sheet sets and bundles come with standard size pillow cases. But if you have larger pillows (such as King Size pillows), or if you need more than the two pillowcases included in each sheet set, we sell additional pillowcases.

DO YOUR SHEETS WRINKLE EASILY?

Unlike many other bedding brands, we don't use any artificial wrinkle-free chemicals in our sheets, so like any 100% cotton products, your sheets will naturally wrinkle. With every wash and continued use, your sheets will wrinkle less and become even softer and cozier. Hang drying is the best method to prevent significant wrinkling — but if you prefer to use a dryer, we recommend taking your sheets out of the dryer 5 minutes before the cycle ends and laying them flat to dry.

HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND WASHING MY FEATHER & STITCH BEDDING?

Machine wash your Feather & Stitch New York sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases on a cool or cold setting with a mild detergent. Dry on low heat, low tumble, and remove promptly from the dryer. To prevent wrinkling and creasing, we recommend removing your bedding from the dryer while it’s still a little damp and smoothing each individual piece out, then laying them flat to dry. Iron on low as needed, and only use non-chlorine, oxygen bleach like OxiClean to treat yellowing and stains. Do not dry clean.
