We are confident that you will love your Feather & Stitch sheets, bedding and bath essentials; however, we have a 30 day return policy, just in case.

We will accept qualified and conforming products for the replacement for the period of 1 (one) month. An order may be refunded only within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please contact us prior to initiating a return so that we can issue you a refund authorization.

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Products must be in a Like New condition and free from damage of any type (including used sheets).

Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time we receive your product.
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the above requirements, we will:

Photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied.
When returning an item, the following will apply:

The return will be accepted within 30 days for full refund.

We shall not be held liable for packages lost in transit.

After we receive the item you wish to return, we will process the refund. Condition of the product will be considered at the time of return. Products must be unworn and in brand new condition to be accepted for a return or exchange.

If there is any sign that the product (and/or any of the product packaging) has been used, worn, washed, or is in un-sellable condition, the item will be refused and will not be issued a refund.

We do not provide return labels, in case of any returns. Customers/buyers placing returns are responsible for the returns completely.
